Product range

A one-piece prosthetic socket built from the patient's 3D scan data, combined with a semiconductor cooling unit. Supplied through qualified prosthetic fitting partners for distribution.

Why distributors ask about this product

  • Individual fit: modelled from 3D scan data of the residual limb for even load distribution.
  • Active temperature control: a semiconductor cooling unit with automatic and three manual levels.
  • Practical power: USB-C 5 V / 9 V supply works with common power banks and chargers.

Specification snapshot (main manual table)

Draft specification values follow the main table of the client manual; the final datasheet governs. Three conflicting figures in the source remain open items.

How a custom order is handled

  1. The fitting partner provides the 3D scan data of the residual limb.
  2. The socket body is modelled and printed as a single piece, with a dedicated cooling-unit mount.
  3. A qualified prosthetist assembles, aligns and adjusts the finished device for the individual user.

Material testing

The polymer material is reported to have passed EU RoHS and REACH SVHC third-party testing (EMTEK, reports EGZ2603250088C00101R and EGZ2603250088C00201R). These reports cover the tested material, not a certification of the finished device.

This is a custom-made rehabilitative device, not an off-the-shelf consumer product. Final regulatory wording and market-specific approvals must be confirmed by the operator before launch.
